This exclamation question mark is something we use in the type of posts that clearly refer to a rhetorical questions, something that we have answer to, yet still have no valid response from people responsible. Although, it is also used in the texts relating to the current political issues, this emoji is intended to be something that we’ll use when talking about something that happened that we happen not to understand completely, so merely to ask help from our social media followers when clearing this one out. Also, it is used quite often when referring to the new USA president.
